COLLABORATIVE LEARNING & GROWING.  First, I get to know the people on your team and observe and assess what the situation is. I listen, ask questions, connect the dots, and tie up the loose ends. Then I design an experiential coaching intervention that’s created for your team and by your team, naturally building team cohesion and workplace culture integration that’s empowering and fruitful.

How do you make the transition?

The people become the work. It’s really about the work community coming together, I mean truly coming together, and the work community reaching the point of being human again and having contact on a much deeper level. Then it’s about the work community becoming the work itself. Then you can really change the mindset of the work community. One way of changing how reality looks is to change the mindset of the individual first and then bring the group together so they can show the way to each other.

Focus on the here and now.  Set up the time and space. Step from an individual / group mindset of limitation into the one with no limits. Deliver the work.  Move from a difficult situation to a creative one.

Individuals push their own obstacles and the group energy follows in this direction.
